Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator II to join our team at Modern Office Methods. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties, including data entry, order processing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Interface with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve questions and inconsistencies
  • Enter data into computer systems, following established guidelines and procedures
  • Proof data against source documents and make necessary corrections
  • Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence and calendar management
  • Assist sales staff with larger deals and provide backup support to the Branch Administrative Coordinator Level 3
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle for job travel between company branches
  • Valid certificate of insurance with minimum liability requirements
  • Ability to use personal computer and industry-standard software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, with standard office equipment and technology.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include regular talking and hearing, frequent standing and walking, and occasional sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
