AmeriLux International, LLC is seeking a dedicated professional

We are in search of a dynamic individual to enhance our expanding retail and sales operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain business connections with influential decision-makers while collaborating with internal sales leaders to effectively manage our engagements with key clients. This position requires interaction with both external stakeholders and the internal AmeriLux retail team to coordinate essential initiatives, drive significant business strategies, participate in product reviews, and provide analytical support to optimize our management of key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement effective sales strategies to meet both long-term and short-term customer goals.
  • Execute strategic objectives established by upper management.
  • Oversee all sales activities within designated accounts.
  • Promote a culture of quality management through active involvement and commitment to enhancing services for all clients.
  • Conduct and finalize sales discussions with current and prospective clients, addressing inquiries from the field team.
  • Engage in active listening and demonstrate sensitivity in customer interactions.
  • Assess customer challenges and opportunities, identifying beneficial products and services. Perform pricing evaluations and gap analyses.
  • Monitor the execution of the Merchandising Service Team (MST) program and gather feedback, including conducting store assessments.
  • Provide a monthly overview of the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning Manager to prepare sales forecasts by product category and specific accounts.
  • Participate in product line reviews and business evaluations.
  • Follow up on sales correspondence and communications.
  • Identify sales challenges, develop practical solutions, and resolve issues as necessary.
  • Lead preparations for trade shows and represent the company at these events.
