As a key representative for our clients, you will engage with various industrial establishments across North America, offering essential technical and regulatory guidance on health and safety (OSHA) and environmental adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will concentrate on four fundamental areas:

  1. Training employees on safety protocols
  2. Creating and refining safety programs and procedures
  3. Leading safety committee discussions
  4. Conducting thorough facility inspections.

We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree and a preference for those possessing 3-5 years of experience in occupational safety within a manufacturing context.

Experience in crafting and executing safety initiatives, along with a solid understanding of 29 CFR 1910 and other OSHA regulations, is essential. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus but not mandatory.

Successful candidates will exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities, sound decision-making skills, and the capacity to exercise good judgment.

Travel Requirements:

This role involves travel, as our consultants service clients both locally and regionally, averaging 6-8 overnight stays monthly. Our corporate team assists in travel arrangements, allowing team members to earn travel rewards, with daily food and beverage allowances and reimbursement for business mileage.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

While the role offers a diverse range of tasks, you can expect to regularly engage in the following activities:

  • Conduct on-site evaluations for assigned clients
  • Perform compliance audits and routine inspections to identify potential issues
  • Prepare agendas and follow-up reports for client interactions
  • Develop and update OSHA-compliant safety programs using our EHS Gateway platform
  • Facilitate safety committee and emergency response team meetings
  • Conduct industrial hygiene assessments and necessary testing
  • Manage daily tasks through internal software systems
  • Research and apply relevant regulations to industrial operations
  • Collaborate with our Environmental Division on data collection and assessments
  • Complete special projects as needed, including developing lockout/tagout procedures and Job Hazard Assessments.
