Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist or Behavioral Support Technician to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage. This role is essential for providing Pediatric Behavior Therapy in a supportive environment where you can thrive and contribute to meaningful change in children's lives.

Position Details:
Part-time afternoon shifts, primarily from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, including Saturdays.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on your education and experience.

Immediate openings for Registered Behavior Technicians are available.


Not certified yet? We provide an on-site training program to support your journey towards RBT certification. We recognize the commitment of our Behavior Technicians and are dedicated to equipping you with the necessary training to excel in your role.


The Behavioral Support Technician will work under the guidance of a BCBA, delivering 1:1 ABA interventions in various settings including homes, schools, and clinics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment protocols as directed, collect data on target behaviors, and document service notes.
  • Engage with families by providing training and gathering data on caregiver behaviors.
