Nova Health Therapies Inc. is in search of committed and empathetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide support for children on the autism spectrum. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive training, and a benefits package for those averaging 30 billable hours per week or more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Engage with infants and children diagnosed with autism, delivering personalized care and effective therapeutic interventions.
- Behavioral Strategies: Execute and refine behavioral plans for children on the spectrum, collaborating with our professional team.
- Data Management: Gather and document behavioral data to track progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Effective Communication: Foster open lines of communication with children, parents, and caregivers, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Preference for candidates who are certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or possess experience as a Behavior Technician (BT). Training to become an RBT will be provided, with compensation for the training.
- Experience: Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy or working with children with developmental disabilities is highly regarded.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to adhere to specific protocols.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work with diverse clients and adjust to their individual needs and progress.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
