About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Manager to join our team at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians, caregivers, and other clinical staff members
  • Attend regular clinical meetings and conduct case reviews to ensure the highest level of care
  • Lead the application of our treatment philosophy in the field and continuously monitor client progress
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive progress reports
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans to address client needs
  • Provide supervision, parent education, and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification as needed
  • Respond to client, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or qualified licensed healthcare professional status
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
  • Previous experience with conducting social skills groups and implementing ABA treatment plans
