We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Manager to join our team at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Supervise and Support Staff: Provide guidance and support to behavior technicians, caregivers, and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Conduct Clinical Case Reviews: Participate in regular case reviews with other supervisors to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- Lead Treatment Philosophy: Develop and implement BHW's treatment philosophy in the field, ensuring that all clients receive evidence-based care.
- Monitor Client Progress: Continuously assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop Progress Reports: Create detailed progress reports to document client achievements and inform treatment decisions.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop targeted interventions.
- Provide Supervision and Education: Provide supervision, parent education, and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases' authorized treatment hours.
- Master's Degree: Minimum of a master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
- BCBA Certification: Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals and developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience with conducting Social Skills Groups and implementing ABA treatment plans as a Behavior Technician.
