We are a leading healthcare system in the Puget Sound area, seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and assistance to our staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, phone systems, and other IT-related needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Cerner, GE, and other Electronic Medical Record systems.
  • Support the Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless IT support and service delivery.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in Information Technology and customer service.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, excellent communication, and listening skills.
  • Technical understanding of PC hardware.
  • Current Washington State Driver's license and proof of insurability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A+, MCP/MCSE or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in a healthcare IT environment.
