Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at TBG | The Bachrach Group. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects, handling calls and chats, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all prospect and resident calls and chats, including application status requests, move-in/move-out experiences, and escalations for customer service and light maintenance calls.
  • Cover the training and mentorship of other contact center teammates while ensuring quality control of all calls.
  • Conduct virtual tours with prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly follow-up calls with properties to inquire about any property-specific specials in Yardi or on hot sheets.
Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience required.
  • 2+ years of call center experience.
  • Two years of property management experience desired but not a must.
  • Yardi CRM and ADP experience preferred; but willing to train.

We offer a competitive salary range of $43k-55k plus commission, and a dynamic work environment that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.
