Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $4,146.00 - $4,660.00 monthly, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Our employees also enjoy paid time off, including 13 holidays and 4 personal days per year.
Job Description
As a Dedicated Educational Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our faculty and staff to provide support to students in a variety of settings. Your duties will include:
* Providing technical support to students and faculty in our state-of-the-art labs and classrooms
* Assisting with the setup and maintenance of equipment and software
* Developing and delivering training programs to help students improve their skills and knowledge
* Collaborating with our instructional team to develop and implement curriculum
* Providing support to students with disabilities, including accommodations and assistive technology
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in a related field
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in a variety of software applications and hardware systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff
* A strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our students
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
* A degree in a related field, such as education or computer science
* Experience working in a educational setting, including teaching or instructional design
* Knowledge of assistive technology and accommodations for students with disabilities
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
