Front Desk Operations Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Lead/Supervisor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, overseeing all Front Desk staff and ensuring seamless resident and guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and schedule all Front Desk staff for the building, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
- Maintain accurate schedules, timesheets, and payroll records.
- Monitor and manage activity logs, incident reports, and other critical documents.
- Collaborate with the Front Desk Coordinator to fill shifts and address staffing needs.
- Provide comprehensive training to new hires and ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Process vacation and day-off requests, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing disruptions.
- Investigate incidents, review logs, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks, mailings, and other special requests.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems, ensuring optimal building security and resident safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; college-level courses in business or hospitality a plus.
- 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in information system hardware and software, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and be on-call as needed.
- Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs, work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods, and perform other tasks as required.
