We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Beachcomber Beachfront Hotel.
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of front desk agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes
- Supervise and train front desk agents to ensure high-quality customer service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
