Job Title: Front Desk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Beachcomber Beachfront Hotel.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes
  • Supervise and train front desk agents to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
