Technical Support Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Manager to join our team at BuzzClan LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our IT service management tools and processes, including administering ITSM platforms, ensuring the smooth execution of ITIL processes, and supporting continuous service improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new workflows, forms, and fields to meet organizational needs and business requirements.
- Collaborate with service desk and IT teams to ensure accurate incident, problem, change, and asset management processes.
- Monitor and report on ITSM KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance with service delivery standards.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
