Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Field Engineer to support our client operations.
Compensation and Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
As a Field Engineer, you will operate in a structured environment with clearly defined tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting repair tasks such as unit replacements, software installations, and system testing based on detailed procedures.
2. Performing additional non-troubleshooting responsibilities as assigned.
3. Following directives provided through scripts or support channels to ensure timely service delivery.
General Information:
This role involves responding to hardware issues at various locations. Candidates must possess reliable transportation and be prepared to complete necessary training.
Essential Skills:
• Expertise in DELL Desktop PC installation and support
• A+ Certification is preferred but not mandatory
