Job Overview

JobsRUs is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to support our operations. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient performance of technical services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in repair tasks including unit replacements, software installations, and testing protocols following detailed guidelines.
  • Handle various non-troubleshooting responsibilities as assigned.
  • Receive direction through scripts or support teams in a timely service delivery environment.

General Information:

The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing hardware issues across multiple locations. Reliable transportation is a must, and successful completion of product training is required.


Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in DELL Desktop PC installation and support.
  • A+ Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
