Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to support our client in a dynamic service environment.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Field Engineer, you will operate within a structured framework, handling various repair tasks including:
1. Replacement of units
2. Loading system images
3. Conducting unit tests as per detailed protocols.

Your role will also encompass additional non-troubleshooting responsibilities, guided by scripts or support teams, ensuring timely service delivery.

General Information:
This position involves responding to hardware repair requests at multiple locations. Candidates must possess reliable transportation and be prepared to undergo necessary product training.

Essential Qualifications:
• Expertise in DELL Desktop PC installation and support
• A+ Certification is preferred but not mandatory
