Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our biologic products and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts that specialize in Psoriasis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and integrate with all field-based employees to effectively drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and managed care organizations.
  • Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support product launches and ongoing product management.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure timely call reporting tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device experience.
  • Strong communication and clinical acumen skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Psoriasis or other immunologic disease states, including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis.
  • IV or Sub Q biologic selling experience, including Oncology.
  • Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment.
  • Dermatology selling experience.
  • Biologic launch experience.
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment.
Personal Skills/Attributes:

This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment. They should be a strong and dependable individual who builds trust with their matrix team and is transparent, ethical, and compliant. They should also be experienced in selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion.

General Responsibilities/Decision Making Authority:
  • Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Responsible for the understanding and utilization of sales reports, CRM, and forecasts.
  • Responsible for timely call reporting tasks.
  • Responsible for managing sales budgets within their territory.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
