Sales Business Development Director

As a key member of an experienced team within Securian Financial Group's Affinity Solutions Division, you will be primarily focused on growing our Financial Institution business. The estimated base pay range for this job is $80K - $130K.

This role involves driving new sales results and achieving sales goals in partnership with defined distribution partners. You will represent our comprehensive suite of financial institution products and services: credit insurance, debt protection, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, and lending documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute effective growth and distribution business plans with distribution partners.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing distribution partners by providing value-added sales strategies.
  • Identify target prospects and work with distribution partners to successfully solicit new Securian business.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience focused on driving new sales and meeting sales goals.
  • Ability to travel independently, with 60-75% travel expected.
  • Strong initiative and leadership skills, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
