Sales and Marketing Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with our mission and compliance standards.
- Maintain and expand existing B2B relationships to drive referrals and service hours growth.
- Cultivate new B2B partnerships to increase revenue and market presence.
- Oversee the marketing strategies of other leaders to ensure continued SEO improvement and brand awareness.
- Design and execute a referral source follow-up campaign to nurture active partners.
- Coordinate local community events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and improve inquiry conversion rates internally.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget to balance bottom-line concerns with top-line growth.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Sales, Business Development) highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, including leadership roles within healthcare settings.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of healthcare strategies and challenges.
- Ability to create engaging content and present information effectively.
- Competitive base salary: $75,000.
- A commission-based structure for 6 months of billing, totaling up to 2% of generated revenue.
- Company car available after 30 days of employment, with mileage reimbursement prior to that.
