Behavioral Support Specialist

At Sunbelt Staffing, we are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is based in Franklin, MA and offers a competitive compensation package.
Job OverviewThis role involves working as a Registered Behavior Technician for a school district near Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with students in a 1:1/classroom setting and be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB).
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality behavioral support services to students in a classroom or 1:1 setting
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report any changes or concerns to relevant parties
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education) or equivalent experience
- Prior experience working as a 1:1/classroom aide and in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
- Active RBT certification from BACB
- Competitive hourly pay rate ($20-25/hour), commensurate with experience and commute distance
- Weekly paychecks
