Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide behavioral support to students with special needs, working closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement behavior plans.

About the Role
  • Apply learned principles of applied behavior analysis to support student behavior plans.
  • Employ de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies to maintain a safe learning environment.
  • Provide professional development for certified and classified staff members.
  • Collect data to support student behavior plan implementation.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to supporting students with special needs. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, able to learn quickly, and have excellent communication skills.
