Job Description

The Behavior Support Coordinator position at Alvis, Inc. is a pivotal role in our Columbus, Ohio team. This individual will be responsible for providing personalized treatment, counseling, and strategies to alleviate behavioral concerns among our IDD clients.

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities and implementing behavioral support strategies and plans.
  • Bachelor's Degree in human services-related field (Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, etc.).
  • Valid Ohio driver's license required.
  • Candidates must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Annual completion of 40 hours of in-service &/or professional development training.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
