We are seeking a highly skilled OBGYN Clinical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at OBGYN Specialist of Columbus. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role in providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians and physician assistants in exam rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical experience for patients.
- Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate medical records, filing reports, and preparing sterilization equipment.
- Triage and process messages from patients and front office staff, prioritizing urgent matters and escalating concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with the clinical coordinator to maintain a fast-paced and organized work environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience working in a medical setting, preferably in an OBGYN practice.
- Able to multitask and prioritize duties in a high-pressure environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
