The HR Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of ISBH by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth flow of the HR department's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Provides administrative support for the HR Managing Director.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field, preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $20.97 to $24.56 per hour.
