Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact in the life of a student with autism.

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans and providing one-on-one support to students with autism in a classroom setting. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe and supportive learning environment that allows students to thrive.

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with autism in a classroom setting
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience working as a 1:1 aide or behavior specialist
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience working in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
  • RBT Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
