Behavioral Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Autism Specialist to join our team at I Am Boundless, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver instruction and assessments following established procedures and protocols.
- Implement skills acquisition and behavior modification plans as provided by supervisors.
- Provide intensive services based on individual behavioral health needs, including skills development, problem-solving, conflict resolution, emotions/behavior management, and symptom management.
- Collect and analyze data and records of service accurately.
- Maintain designated individual's data collection methods, documents, records, and materials related to treatment and educational plans.
- A minimum of 3 years or more experience in the behavioral health, human services, or mental health field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
- PREFERRED: One to two (1-2) years of experience working directly with children and families.
- PREFERRED: Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
$45,000 - $55,000 per year
