Location Description

We are a world-class property that consistently rises above the competition. Our hotel boasts 295 guest rooms, 14,892 sq ft of meeting space, an on-site F&B outlet, and a bar.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay.

Your Role

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in our guests
  • Interacting with all guests and welcoming them to our hotel
  • Escorting and orienting guests to the front desk for check-in
  • Parking and retrieving guests' vehicles as requested
  • Assisting lobby attendants in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
