Position Summary

Rystad Energy is in search of a proactive individual to fill the role of Client Success Manager within our Sales & Marketing division. This position is integral to our account management team, focusing on enhancing client relationships within the designated region. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales & Marketing efforts by ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, fostering strong relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish success metrics by understanding their business challenges, facilitating effective product adoption.
  • Develop and implement Engagement Plans that align with clients' business objectives, focusing on onboarding, strategic adoption, and retention.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, product usage, and renewal rates to ensure ongoing success.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Rystad Energy's offerings to proactively drive client engagement and expansion.
  • Facilitate new client onboarding, delivering tailored product demonstrations that meet specific client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and products to enhance client value.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address clients' technical and analytical requirements promptly.
  • Partner with Account Managers to provide insights on client health, emphasizing growth and retention.
  • Relay client feedback to internal teams, including Product Managers and Client Solutions.
  • Engage in industry events to promote the Rystad Energy brand.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and data using internal sales tools.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the Client Success team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven experience in enhancing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with database products or SaaS solutions is advantageous.
  • A background in the energy or financial sectors is essential.
  • Experience working in teams with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
