Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing client campaigns from the initial proposal and creative development stages through to implementation and performance evaluation. This role involves crafting ongoing strategies and generating comprehensive post-campaign analyses. The Client Relationship Manager plays a key role in shaping business and marketing strategies while fostering networking and relationship-building with both existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer strategic insights and recommendations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to devise and implement strategies that enhance client business outcomes
  • Draft and refine presentations, marketing strategies, and analytical reports
  • Monitor daily operations to uncover opportunities for business expansion and account development
  • Identify and engage with external vendors for collaborative projects
  • Establish and manage project budgets, coordinating with the finance department
  • Oversee multiple projects with overlapping deadlines through proficient account management

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency, or a related field
  • In-depth understanding of various creative outputs including digital, print, social media, experiential, and video/film
  • Experience with strategic and communication planning, as well as creative brief formulation
  • Proven track record in nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and deliver results
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills
  • General awareness of contemporary pop culture and trends within the music industry

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000 annually.
