Client Relationship Manager

**About the Role**
Runwise is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Onboarding: Assist property managers, supervisors, and owners with the Runwise platform, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Savings Analysis: Draft and deliver detailed savings analyses for existing customers, highlighting opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings.
- Relationship Building: Identify and pursue ongoing opportunities for Runwise to further its relationship with customers, including new products, new buildings, and general advisement.
- Problem Prevention: Proactively identify potential problems that may lead to reduced savings or a miss on customer goals, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with all parties interested in the Runwise product, including supervisors, property managers, and owners.
**Requirements**
- 1-3 years of direct customer management experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
- Excellent social and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on business growth and customer success.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to distill complex technical information into simple, actionable concepts for clients.
- Passion for real estate and/or energy efficiency.
