The Client Relationship Manager at AdTheorent is responsible for nurturing the client relationship after the sale is completed, ensuring exceptional service through effective campaign oversight, relationship building, client loyalty, and opportunities for additional sales. This role involves regular communication with clients and collaboration with various internal teams and partners to advocate for client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize multi-channel programmatic advertising initiatives (including display, video, native, and rich media) in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance client engagement with their target audience.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for designated accounts, ensuring that client objectives are achieved promptly.
  • Develop and present performance reports in partnership with Account Directors and Sales Managers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with each interaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling based on performance metrics and client requirements.
  • Stay informed about advancements in digital media and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in marketing or communications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media, technology, or client services.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on results.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic.
  • Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Previous experience in account management within an ad tech environment is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $65K base plus commission. We provide comprehensive health benefits, generous paid time off, and a recognized positive workplace culture.

The salary mentioned is AdTheorent's current evaluation for this position. The final compensation will be based on experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
