The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing client initiatives from initial concept through to execution and evaluation. This role involves crafting ongoing strategies and compiling post-campaign analyses. The Client Relationship Manager plays a key role in formulating business and marketing strategies while fostering connections with both existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer strategic insights and recommendations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement strategies that enhance client business outcomes
  • Draft and refine presentations, marketing strategies, and analytical reports
  • Monitor daily operations to uncover opportunities for business expansion and account development
  • Engage with external vendors to support project execution
  • Manage project budgets and coordinate with the finance department
  • Oversee multiple projects with overlapping deadlines through effective account oversight

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency setting, or equivalent
  • Comprehensive understanding of various creative outputs, including digital, print, social media, experiential, and video/film
  • Experience in strategic planning and communication, including the development of creative briefs
  • Proven track record in nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills
  • General awareness of contemporary pop culture and trends within the music industry
