- Review and log guest preferences and special requests in our computer system.
- Handle front office duties, including check-in, check-out, and preparing arrival and departure packets.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about the property and local area, including events and activities.
- Answer and process all calls, messages, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
