Job Summary

As a VIP Guest Services Coordinator at Marriott, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued guests. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our members and guests. This includes assisting with pre-arrival arrangements, check-in, and departure processes, as well as handling front office duties and responding to guest requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-calls to arriving members to make pre-arrival arrangements and handle any other member arrival requests.
• Review and log preferences/traces in the computer system and contact members for pre-departure calls.
• Handle front office duties, including check-in/check-out, prepare arrival packets and departure folios, perform audit checklists, prepare and distribute welcome packages, process billing, and perform administrative duties.
• Respond to requests for visitor information, special arrangements, activities, or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
• Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent related work experience.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• None of the licenses or certifications are required.
