Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Nashville Staybridge Suites by IHG Vanderbilt.

Job Summary

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest requests and complaints, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and registers guests, assigns rooms, and handles cash transactions
  • Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
  • Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints
  • Answers and routes calls, takes guest messages with accuracy, and maintains accurate records
  • Assists with sales and marketing efforts, offers wake-up calls, and performs laundry functions as directed
Requirements
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information and answer calls with accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
