The Guest Service Agent is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, responding to guest requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and register arriving guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
• Conduct efficient and courteous check-in and check-out procedures
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Engineering departments to ensure guest expectations are met
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Meet guest billing requests and handle cash transactions in accordance with hotel policy
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local events
• Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and assist guests with inquiries
• Manage and resolve guest complaints and compliments in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience as a Front Desk Agent
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Positive and cheerful demeanor, with a caring personality
• Good problem-solving ability
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
