Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused VIP Guest Services Representative to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with pre-arrival and arrival processes, including check-in, member activities, and problem resolution.
  • Conduct pre-calls to arriving members, make pre-arrival arrangements, and handle member arrival requests.
  • Review and log preferences and traces in our computer system.
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction.
  • Provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve calls, requests, or problems.
  • Assist with reservation services and perform lobby ambassador tasks.
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information in our computer system and logbooks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
