Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Vip Check-in Agent to join our team at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with pre-arrival, arrival, and departure processes, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Conduct pre-arrival calls to gather information and make arrangements for guests' needs.
  • Review and log guest preferences and special requests in our computer system.
  • Handle Front Office duties, including check-in, check-out, and preparing arrival and departure packets.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the property and local amenities to guests.
  • Answer and process all calls, messages, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
