Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vip Guest Services Representative to join our team at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and delivering a personalized experience to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with pre-arrival arrangements, including making reservations, booking activities, and arranging for amenities.
  • Conduct pre-calls to arriving guests to review their preferences and make necessary arrangements.
  • Process check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a hotel front office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
