Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Service/Operations team. This role is pivotal in managing order processes and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage intricate customer orders, encompassing a range of products from consumables to capital equipment and services.
  • Engage with customers via phone and email to confirm orders, verify details, and provide rescheduling updates.
  • Oversee the entire order lifecycle from purchase order receipt to delivery, including stock allocation, order file creation, and shipping confirmations.
  • Manage the European Customer Care Mailbox efficiently.
  • Utilize sound judgment to address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to expedite orders as necessary.
  • Employ Infor Syteline ERP for effective order processing.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance response times, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer sales order files within ERP and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience with order entry systems (Salesforce or similar) is advantageous.
  • Multi-lingual capabilities are preferred, with French being a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
