We are looking for a Client Support Representative to become a vital part of our Service Operations Team. The mission of Service Operations is to ensure our stations are maintained to the highest standards and to provide exceptional support to our electric vehicle users. At Volta, we are dedicated to promoting the widespread use of electric vehicles. Our award-winning charging stations offer valuable advertising opportunities for brands while providing convenient charging solutions for drivers. Strategically placed in locations frequented by consumers, Volta's charging stations are among the most utilized in the United States.

The Role at Volta Charging

The Client Support Representative plays a crucial role not only within Operations but across the entire organization. You will be tasked with delivering prompt and precise responses to our clients, acting as a liaison to other teams by accurately documenting customer challenges for further resolution. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence a company that is redefining the future of transportation.

In your initial 90 days, you will:

  • Achieve a solid understanding of daily operations and the functionality of our charging stations.
  • Become proficient with the tools necessary for managing support inquiries and engaging with clients.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, enabling effective information gathering and influence to meet company goals.
  • Establish a personal workflow that is both efficient and transparent.

After one year, you will have:

  • Mastered daily operations, handling high volumes of work with quality and efficiency.
  • Received high satisfaction ratings from both clients and peers.
  • Identified and implemented minor process improvements.
  • Developed expertise in specific areas of our operations.

  • Proficient writing, spreadsheet, and computer skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to problem-solving.
  • Experience in process optimization is advantageous; you are passionate about improving workflows.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems, electrical systems, and/or communication networks is a significant asset.
