Position Overview:

The Client Service Representative plays a vital role within the Marquee Event Group, a leading provider in the event planning sector. Our organization prides itself on delivering exceptional service and an extensive inventory to ensure client satisfaction at every event.

Role Summary:

As an integral part of the Sales Team, the Client Service Representative will engage in lead qualification, quote generation, and outbound marketing initiatives while accurately documenting essential customer information. In a fast-paced environment, the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is essential for success. This role is crucial, as CSRs contribute significantly to the overall order volume of Marquee Event Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming communications, including:
  • General inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or representative.
  • Requests from new customers not yet assigned to a representative.
  • Account inquiries from existing clients that do not require a dedicated Account Executive.
Manage web leads, either converting them into business or escalating them to the Client Services Director.Oversee after-hours communications to ensure timely responses.Direct leads that require additional attention or relationship management.Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Collaborate with local teams to arrange showroom visits or sample viewings.Follow established procedures for bid and order reviews in local markets.Utilize available systems to communicate critical order details to local operations.Conduct periodic account inventories and collaborate with the Client Service Director for account transitions that require further development.
