About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Sales Representative to join our team at Echo Global Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and expand Echo's market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a logistics or transportation industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software and tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
