Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Chicago, IL

Role Summary: The Customer Service Representative is tasked with managing and processing customer orders, collaborating closely with clients and the sales team, and sourcing production materials from vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders and modifications directly from clients or sales representatives, ensuring timely and accurate order placement.
  • Order materials and supplies necessary for production in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate monthly usage and restocking needs per customer.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with relevant internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain and organize customer records.
  • Process new items and manage purchase orders.
  • Facilitate accounting credits.
  • Document and communicate changes to customer orders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the corrugated, paper, or packaging sectors.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Amtech, HRMS, or Kiwi is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a focus on data entry.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
