Role Summary: The Customer Service Representative is tasked with managing and processing customer orders, collaborating closely with clients and the sales team, and sourcing production materials from vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders and modifications directly from clients or sales representatives, ensuring timely and accurate order placement.
- Order materials and supplies necessary for production in a timely manner.
- Evaluate monthly usage and restocking needs per customer.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with relevant internal teams as needed.
- Maintain and organize customer records.
- Process new items and manage purchase orders.
- Facilitate accounting credits.
- Document and communicate changes to customer orders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the corrugated, paper, or packaging sectors.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Amtech, HRMS, or Kiwi is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a focus on data entry.
- High School diploma or GED required.
