Your key responsibilities will encompass:

Problem Resolution:
Addressing client issues, concerns, or complaints swiftly and effectively, showcasing empathy and professionalism in every interaction.

Reservation Support:
Aiding clients in securing flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring precision, promptness, and compliance with sustainability standards.

Travel Assistance:

Offering guidance and support to clients throughout their travel journey, including providing recommendations, coordinating logistics, and managing any emergencies or disruptions.


Feedback Collection:

Gathering feedback from clients regarding their travel experiences, actively listening to their suggestions or concerns, and implementing enhancements to boost customer satisfaction.


Record Keeping:
