About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the commercial construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consulting engineers, contractors, and end-user customers
  • Promote nVent's Building Infrastructure Solutions commercial products to architects and consulting engineers
  • Collaborate with nVent's manufacturers' representatives to support sales efforts
  • Manage a robust project funnel within Salesforce CRM
  • Establish yearly sales plans with sales channels and provide training and support as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in the commercial construction industry, preferably with electrical sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office and travel on average 50-60% of the time
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
