Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Medical Dermatology sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing team, and developing and executing regional business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Dermatology Territory Managers to achieve sales objectives
- Develop and execute regional business plans to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Field Reimbursement to manage commercial sales teams
- Manage sales budgets and ensure adherence to sales models and training needs
- Coach and develop high-performing teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Advanced Degree a plus
- Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical experience
- 3+ years' experience as Regional or District Sales Manager or equivalent field sales management level experience
- Ability to lead, develop, and coach high-performing teams
- Strong communication and clinical acumen skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience successfully launching products
- Experience promoting high-science products
- Experience managing and communicating complex reimbursement and access issues
