Senior Medicare Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team at Garity Advantage. As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our Medicare insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with local carrier reps and agents/agencies to identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns across multiple states to promote our Medicare insurance products.
- Collaborate with Garity Advantage teams and carriers to develop new sales opportunities and support marketing activities.
- Spends 80% of time in the field working with local carrier reps and agents/agencies to develop and support marketing activities that drive new prospects and business.
