Job Overview
We are currently looking for dedicated Customer Service Coordinators to join our team.
In this role, the Customer Service Coordinator will assist both internal and external sales teams by:
- Enhancing customer loyalty through comprehensive process understanding and effective program management.
- Managing revenue backlog as per assigned responsibilities.
- Utilizing internal reporting systems to produce data, analyze outcomes, and formally present findings to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Creating instructional materials and leading customer meetings via virtual platforms.
- Collaborating daily with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals and customer requirements are met promptly.
- Consulting proactively with sales teams to align customer commitments with company capabilities.
- Demonstrating expertise in direct sales order systems, value-added services, and operational workflows.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a college degree and/or a minimum of three years of office experience.
Additional skills required:
- Ability to lead and facilitate projects effectively.
- Strong presentation capabilities.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows and Outlook.
