Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
  • Plan, coordinate, and report on the status of strategic and operational initiatives from inception to execution, managing project costs, resources, and scope while leading cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational projects aimed at cost reduction, revenue growth, and process enhancement.
  • Oversee the formulation of growth strategies within designated market sectors, analyzing ongoing business for gaps, deficiencies, and opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Responsible for developing Proforma analyses and competitive assessments, budgeting, cost/value analysis, decision-making, asset and project planning, and project cost and schedule control processes.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews for account development and activity with direct reports, maintaining awareness of field, sales, vendor, and plant activities and outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between sales and operations, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
  • As a senior member of the management team, undertake complex and sensitive assignments as directed by the senior leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct effective meetings.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
